Mozilla is a global, public benefit nonprofit organization, community
driven, dedicated to building free, open source products like the
award-winning Firefox® Web browser [1]

  and Thunderbird email software
[2]  To put it simple, Mozilla believes Internet for the People and by
the people.

Firefox is made by hundreds of thousands of community members/
Volunteers around the world, who contribute by testing, developing,
marketing, translation the Firefox to their local language, making
addons and participate in other creative ways.

There are a number of different ways community members communicate and
coordinate (people use mailing lists[3] and newsgroups, IRC, blogs,
forums, wikis and they even meet in real life).  I am sharing a few
